Concor is a Danish company providing IT consultants for large companies. They wanted a CV database tailored for their specific needs. They had a challenge in screening the resumes, scheduling interviews for the right candidates, tracking the candidate progress at various stages of the recruiting process. Managing companies and their requests are a part of their need. There was a lot of paperwork involved in taking care of the complete cycle of recruiting process. There was a need of automation for the whole process.

Through in-depth process assessment and gap-analysis of the current process, Option Matrix has built a CV database solution which is based on Cloud technology. The application has helped Concor in streamlining their recruiting process by screening resumes with Keyword search, identifying the right candidates for a specific role, scheduling interviews for them by sending invitations directly from the system, tracking the progress of the candidates throughout the recruiting process.

Companies and their associated requests are maintained in the system. A summary dashboard with all key metrics are showcased in the form of graphs and charts for trend analysis.

Candidates can also log in to the system and update their Skills, Experience in their CV which will enable the chances of getting shortlisted during the screening process.
