Option Matrix is now embarking on an expansion plan to scale up this model and build leadership in this category.

Option Matrix positions itself as a B2B solutions provider to connect enterprises to their inbound and outbound supply networks. There is a clear vertical focus on logistics and distribution domain. Our key differentiation stems from a cost structure that will comfortably accommodate a billing rate of USD 15 per hour which is at least 25% lower than our offshore competition. Preference for lease route over buy capital approach further improves our cost differentiation.

Quality - Our mature quality process aligned to SEI CMMI Level 3 is definitely an advantage in building client confidence through consistent quality and predictability. This helps to build accounts from an initial incubation stage to bigger steady relationships.

Our distinguishing focus on maintaining reliable yet LEAN infrastructure and passing on benefits as higher employee salaries will help us to attract and retain better talent pool than our competition. Against the industry average of 45-47%, Option Matrix currently pays 58% of its revenues as salary to employees. We will keep this above 50-52% even after launching our onsite presence in Australia, UK and US in coming years.
