Our chairman has 40 years experience in various fields of manufacturing and while he is retired from active service of the company, we benefit from his advice and direction during quarterly company reviews. The company operations (project management and engineering research) are managed on day to day basis by Navin Malik who is an IIT-IIM graduate with 19+ years industry experience including 8 years in manufacturing industry prior to setup of this business.
