Our framework is tailormade for operations of a mid sized multi-location hotel chain. The process audit checklists can be setup and assigned to auditors across departments like housekeeping, food & beverages, front desk and room service among others. The application has dynamic checklists, real-time reporting and analytics, timely notifications of schedules & deadlines, easy tracking and escalation of non-compliances through reminders & alerts. Auditors can see the assigned audits on an Android mobile app to log audits and report non-compliance. Ticket system is provided to close the loop for non-compliant audit findings.

Booking Management for Banquet Halls in Hotels


Banquet and meeting halls generally account for nearly 25% of the hotel revenue. Our solutions allows to setup the list of banquet halls in each of the locations within the hotel chain. Enquiries and bookings can be recorded on a calendar interface for each venue. Modules for receivables and payments to vendors have been integrated. Online Food Ordering for Sports Events


We designed this framework for sports areas, hotels and events. Guests can place an order and are geotagged to enable both guest as well as the food delivery staff to interactively see each other on a map. Membership based post-paid orders as well as discount coupons are supported. Integration with kitchen and geo-fencing of the sports sites has been provided. Sites get an administration panel to manage the menu and track their orders.
