This solution aims at ensuring that best practises are adhered to, across all locations, departments and subdivisions of the immigration consulting firm. The process audit checklists can be setup and assigned to internal auditors across departments like facilities management, reception, housekeeping and advisory services among others. The application has dynamic checklists, real-time reporting and analytics, timely notifications of schedules & deadlines, easy tracking and escalation of non-compliances through reminders & alerts. Auditors can see the assigned audits on an Android mobile app to log audits and report non-compliance. Ticket system is provided to close the loop for non-compliant audit findings. In addition to audit module we can added a task manager where user departments can tick off automated checklists on daily basis. Incident reporting and ticket system are also provided.

Quotes

Allows user to add and manage client specific quotes in the system. The quote number in grid enables the user to navigate to quotes dashboard where budget, actions, invoices, time & expense entries corresponding to the quote can be handled.


Projects

Allows user to add and manage client specific projects in the system. Additionally, quotes that are marked as awarded also gets recorded in the screen. Further, project number in grid enables the user to navigate to quotes dashboard where budget, actions, invoices, time & expense entries corresponding to the quote can be handled.


Action Scheduling

This is integral part of the application and does allows the user to schedule or reschedule task specific actions. Each action info band give tagged with color that represents action completion status and action due date, ads to easy tracking.


Timesheets & Expenses

Allows the user to add and manage action and non action specific time and expense entries. Numbers on each date (on calendar) indicates number of hours worked by the individual whereas color indicates whether the recorded entries are approved/declined or pending.


Leaves

Allows the user to add and manage leaves for self and does allows to review leave approval status. Additionally, summary of the leaves and their current statuses can be reviewed on individual leave calendar.


Payroll Bi-Weekly

This report records summary of approved time, approved leaves and statutory holidays associated to each user in the system. By default, this report loads data for last 15days and does enables user to review statistics of last 15days.


Expense Bi-Weekly

This report records summary of approved expenses associated to each user in the system and does helps the account department in paying the employees accordingly. By default, this report loads data for last 15days and does enables user to review statistics of last 15days.
